All of the orders through GearCity.ca will be reviewed and confirmed by our customer service team. We will notify you of any problem in product availability, shipping or whether there are any additional charges on your order (remote address, discontinued product/line, errors in shipping address, etc.).
Items from GearCity.ca are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item is in-stock in our warehouses. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number via E-mail. This will allow you to follow your product and view its location. The length of delivery is determined by the option selected at check-out.
Your item(s) will not be shipped to an address other than the billing address unless the shipping address has been verified and validated by your Credit Card Company or Paypal. Packages cannot be redirected to another shipping address or sent to freight forwarders.
We offer free ground shipping to most Canadian addresses on orders above $199 CDN (before taxes) for most items, which also includes free insurance for the first $100 CDN. Additional insurance is available for purchasing at check out at your discretion. You will also have the option of upgrading from free shipping to express shipping if desired.
The following conditions do not qualify for free shipping:
- If you are residing in

- Canadian Territories
- Rural or “out of bounds” regions
- Outside of Canada
- Oversized & over weight orders

Freight shipments for products that require a skid are prepaid for the shipping costs to your property. In addition to this, extra charges that may apply will be billed to your account automatically. Extra charges may include: inside delivery, two man delivery, residential area, lift gate etc.
If a shipment order is refused, or it remains undelivered, the item(s) will be returned to GearCity.ca at your expense. If the package is shipped back to our warehouse, we will contact you to attempt a re-delivery if requested, or a cancellation can be applied. Additional fees for shipping are charged to the original shipping charge, which are non-refundable.
If a package is lost, damaged, or there are missing items from your order, contact us and the courier or shipping company within three days of the delivery date.
GearCity.ca is unable to provide a refund of a lost, damaged or missing item unless a claim has been made with the shipping company. The courier must either locate the package, or refund us of the item in order for you to be given a refund, or have the item re-shipped. Please ensure that you contact both Gearcity.ca and the courier within three days of the delivery date or else a claim cannot be completed. If your order has been delayed, contact Gearcity.ca so we can assist you with your concern. In order to have customer satisfaction, we have provided you with a traceable shipping service, allowing you to locate your package at any time.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product(s), you may contact GearCity.ca for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of your invoice date (less restocking and shipping fees). Items can be shipped back to us at your expense or dropped off at our Mississauga warehouse location. A restocking fee of up to 25% is applied to items that are opened or used.
Gearcity.ca accepts returns of items that are defective for exchange only. Products that have been used, showing signs of wear and tear, missing parts or accessories that were included in the packaging and are not returned in brand-new condition may be subject to additional charges.

*Due to hygienic reasons, headphones and microphones will only be accepted for return or exchange if they are in factory sealed packaging.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
All returns are subject to authorization and must be approved by a one of our customer services representatives.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This includes the costs which are not directly incurred that are part of our free shipping promotion as well as costs for undeliverable orders due to an error, cancellation or refusal.
Refunds require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns that are received without prior approval, RMA documentation inside your packaging and the RMA # printed on the address label will be returned to the sender.
GearCity.ca is unaccountable for packages that are lost in transit. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping service when returning or exchanging products.

Let us know if you discover a lower price on an item of interest from any other authorized Canadian dealer. Contact us and we will be pleased to inform you whether we can beat or meet the price that you have found.
To be considered, products must be identical, brand new, in factory sealed condition, and available for sale. Products must not be previously purchased, discontinued, refurbished, at an auction price, a special order or out of stock.
All prices displayed on GearCity.ca are quoted in Canadian Dollars. We currently accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.

Upon checkout, applicable taxes will be added onto your order. Within Canada, you will be charged GST or HST. HST rates are varied by provinces. Before purchasing your product, the rates will be applied. For orders outside of Canada, GearCity.ca is not responsible for applicable taxes or duties that are charged by customs once it has reached the destination country. You are accountable for compensating any applicable taxes to the appropriate agency.
Orders on GearCity.ca can be cancelled any time before the order has been shipped. For the cancellations to be processed, you must notify us in writing. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot fulfill your cancellation request.
We are an authorized retailer for all of the brands listed on our website. All of the items purchased are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.
