How soon do you ship the product that I purchased?

Items from GearCity.ca are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item is in-stock in our warehouses. Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. We will notify you if an item you purchased is out of stock.

How can I keep track of my purchase?

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number via E-mail. This will allow you to follow your product and view its location. The length of delivery is determined by the option selected at check-out.

How can I return my product?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product(s), you may contact GearCity.ca for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of your invoice date (less restocking and shipping fees). Items can be shipped back to us at your expense or dropped off at our Mississauga warehouse location. A restocking fee of up to 25% is applied to items that are opened or used.

What forms of payment do you accept on your website?

We currently accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.

What if I purchased an item and changed my mind?

Orders on GearCity.ca can be cancelled any time before the order has been shipped. For the cancellations to be processed, you must notify us in writing. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot fulfill your cancellation request.

Does your website price match?

Of course! Let us know if you discover a lower price on an item of interest from any other authorized Canadian dealer. Contact us and we will be pleased to inform you whether we can beat or meet the price that you have found.
